This programme is based upon the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) for higher education and is designed to enhance the emergency/disaster management skills and knowledge of police, fire service, hospital personnel, business, security personnel, risk managers, etc.

All applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, Completion of standardized test (Accuplacer) issued by CCRI through the office of Advising and Counselling. Reading competency of 75 percent or above is required on the reading comprehension test or completion of ENG 0890 with a grade of "B" or better.
Annual
English.
A completed admission application form must be send to the college with an official copy of high school transcript or GED, including date of graduation.
College extend several sources of financial aid to the students.
Tuition and other costs depend on the residential status of the applicant.
