Europe: Security and integrity of networks and services
Article 13a, chapter IIIa, extracted from the Directive 2009/140/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, calling for member states to take appropriate technical and organisational measures to manage the risks posed to public communications networks or publicly available electronic communications services, and in particular, to prevent and minimise the impact of security incidents on users and interconnected networks.
