Chad: Cadre national de gestion du risque acridien (CNGRA)

The purpose of this CNGRA is to estimate in advance the extent of the necessary means, both for preventive control and to deal with crises, by specifying the means of organization and coordination and by identifying the situations in which resources complementary to those of the National Locust Control Agency (ANLA) or even those of the country will have to be sought. To do this, this CNGRA is made up of two plans:

• The Locust Risk Prevention Plan (PPRA);
• The National Anti-Locust Emergency Plan (PNUA).

Le présent CNGRA a pour objet d’estimer à l’avance l’ampleur des moyens nécessaires, tant pour la lutte préventive que pour faire face aux situations de crise, en précisant les moyens d’organisation et de coordination et en identifiant les situations dans lesquelles des ressources complémentaires à celles de l’Agence Nationale de Lutte Antiacridienne (ANLA) voire celles du pays devront être recherchées. Pour ce faire, ce CNGRA est composé de deux plans :

• Le Plan de Prévention du Risque Acridien (PPRA) 
• Le Plan National d’Urgence Antiacridien (PNUA)
