External evaluation consultant - Community based disaster risk reduction project

The evaluation will focus on the project implementation period (July 2011 to December 2012). The evaluation will assess the level of compliance of activities, achievement of results and objectives, and identify processes in which the project has contributed with a view to improve the disaster preparedness and response capacities of communities and schools and to evaluate the resilience level reached so far towards natural disaster risks in Vanuatu.
