Position Description:
The Program Officer contributes to baseline surveys and need assessments; development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans; documentation and dissemination of project experiences, lessons, and successes; implementation of knowledge and information management system; and applied research.

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge: Bachelor, preferably Master, degree in international development, geography, communication arts, or other related field
Experience: At least 4 years experience in formulating, monitoring, evaluating, and communicating outcomes of development projects
Skills and Abilities: English proficiency in communication, presentation, and report writing; demonstrated research skills; demonstrable ability to package information for different audiences
Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, with ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities; flexibility and ability to work hard independently and in a team
