The Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC), established in 1986, is a regional non-profit foundation with headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand supporting the advancement of safer communities and sustainable development by implementing programs that reduce the impact of disasters upon countries and communities in Asia and the Pacific. The primary geographical focus of ADPC’s activities is Asia with the South, South East and East being the primary sub-regions. ADPC has more than 30 years of working experience in Asia with the national and local governments of its charter member countries, as well as countries of the Regional Consultative Committee (RCC) on Disaster Management. ADPC works to build preparedness at all levels - regional, national, sub-national, and even individual communities. Further details on ADPC and its programs can be found online.

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for procurement of ICT equipment, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form in Annex 2. Please visit our website for requirements and conditions pertaining to the supply of the ICT equipment.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the e-mail address under "How to apply" section on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by ADPC after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Kindly ensure that they are signed and in PDF format, and free from any virus or corrupted file.
