The Meteorology and Civil Defense Workshop in the State of Rio de Janeiro, which will be held on August 7, 2018, in São João de Meriti, aims to provide a dialogue between meteorology professionals, researchers and academics about the Department of Protection and Civil Defense and institutions related to the risk management of natural disasters, especially heavy rainfall.
