This publication contains 13 testimonies of those who were in the front lines responding to the 2017 earthquakes in Mexico from the health, education, culture, first response, international cooperation and reconstruction sectors.

The start-up is looking to expand to other earthquake-prone countries in Latin America that lack an official warning system, but SkyAlert is facing financing challenges since Mexico City has limited their ability to access funds through public financing.
