This document is organized sector-wise detailing Sri Lanka’s climate change mitigation commitments and adaptation needs, loss and damage, and means of implementation. It sets out the process and institutional architecture for implementation; and discusses the critical need for external support with financial, technology transfer and capacity development provision to fully realize these commitments.
