Seychelles: National Disaster Risk Reduction Strategic Plan 2021-2030

National Disaster Risk Reduction Strategic Plan 2021-2030 (NDRRSAP) is a strategic road map to transform disaster risk reduction and management to where it needs to be by 2030. Although named as a strategic action plan, the document will be used as a guideline to achieve its strategic goals through 4 main priority areas of action in line with its commitment to the Sendai Framework and obligations under the Disaster Risk Management act.

As unique as Seychelles is, its multidimensional vulnerabilities are equally as unique. This document is intended to provide all of Seychelles Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) stakeholders with a 10-year roadmap towards their collective mission and vision for DRR in Seychelles using the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 (SFDRR) as an international standard benchmark.
