Disaster Prevention and Civil Protection Engineering (Ingeniería en Prevención de Desastres y Protección Civil) is an in-person educational program offered by the Autonomous University of Baja California Sur, which is based in the city of La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico.

This program arises from the need for specialists who can address and reduce the risk of disasters at a national and international level. It is nine semesters (four and a half years) long and includes 53 subjects with an engineering and professional approach to risk management.
