Description
This programme is aimed at both current practitioners and those new to the field of emergency management. The program prepares graduates to demonstrate the ability to implement comprehensive plans for mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery to deal with actual or potential emergencies and disasters. It has an alternative delivery model with two courses online, two one week-long intensive courses, and two in-class courses each semester.

Admission requirement
Postsecondary diploma or degree. Applicants may be required to complete English testing to demonstrate proficiency. Individuals with extensive work-related experience will be considered on an individual basis and required to submit a portfolio for assessment.
