USQ’s Graduate Certificate of Business (Emergency and Disaster Communication) will develop your communication skills for all phases of disaster management, with special emphasis given to change communication, community engagement and disaster management in your home country. 

Designed to meet industry demand, the Emergency and Disaster Communication specialisation will enable you to work comfortably in an emergency communication environment and in any disaster situation.

A four unit certificate that covers disaster management and communication, change communication, community engagement, and either crisis comms or social media management. Completely online study with flexible arrangements to work around disaster seasons.

Admission requirement

Completion of an Australian university Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in any area or a minimum of five years’ professional work experience.
