The programme is targeted towards non-science graduates with a 4-year degree, including federal, state, and local public health officials, public affairs administrators, emergency management professionals, health care professionals, first responders, criminal justice and law enforcement personnel, military staff, and members of corporate security. Programme aims to help students understand how to respond with emergency management in the face of natural or man-made disasters and better respond to these challenges and create effective strategies for evaluating and improving their organization’s role in the areas of public health evaluation and preparedness, protection of health care delivery systems, disaster and bioterrorism response, bio-security.
