The course aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of the interface between urban development, disaster risk and climate change, dynamics, variability causal factors and impacts of disasters and climate change and the issues involved therein. The course also focuses on disaster and climate resilient urban development and management and also highlights the disaster and climate risk governance.
