ADB is seeking disaster recovery experts (consultants) with proven sector or wide-ranging experience in one or more of the following:
(i) undertaking post-disaster needs assessments (PDNAs) or nationally adapted post-disaster assessments
(ii) developing government disaster recovery plans, and/or
(iii) processing of ADB post-disaster assistance, including emergency assistance loans (EALs).
Once selected, the consultant will join a pool of experts to be rapidly deployed as and when required, subject to the consultant’s availability.
