Knowledge/skills in the field of
a) emergency / civil protection planning at the local scale;
b) disaster risk management;
c) elements of territorial planning;
d) national and international legal framework on DRR and civil protection;
e) risk governance;
f) international frameworks of DRR and CCA;

Experience in
a) civil protection planning (especially for flood risk);
b) relations with institutional actors;
c) risk governance with particular reference to the involvement of citizens and stakeholders;
d) management of emergency events;
e) civil protection exercises;
f) legislation and/or procedures on risk management, including prevention and forecasting;
g) Italian and international DRM / DRR projects;
h) DRR and/or CCA policies.
