Task
The task is to develop a project related to Climate Change and use of diversified agricultural crops in Kyrgyzstan to meet new challenges and adapt to them.
The deadline for first draft of the document submission is October 14th. The volunteers will work in a team on separate components of the project: 1. research on the needs assessment based on collected and available data, 2. budget estimates and 3. monitoring and evaluation modalities. The GCI will arrange communication links between the team members and provide overall guidance and monitoring.

The GCI has in its mission support to communities in Kyrgyzstan in their efforts to adapt to new challenges that the climate change brings about
Objective
The objective of the project is to empower local communities in Kyrgyzstan to meet harsh economic challenges that the climate change brings about and be able not to slip into extreme poverty.

Requirements
The prospective candidate has to have a strong background in social adaptation, project design and management, have at least 5 years of project management experience and understanding of Kyrgyzstan context.
