The Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC) is a voluntary humanitarian organization which was created in 1947 by Republic Act No. 95, as amended, to serve as an auxiliary arm of the government in providing relief, health and welfare to the most vulnerable people in need including victims of disaster and other emergencies.

The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
