The organizers will present initiatives and products that improve institutional capacities, including Post-Disaster Needs Assessments, meteorological, hydrological and climate services for early warning, and tools for mainstreaming risk reduction and adaptation into Development Assistance Frameworks and into national development planning and reconstruction.
