Informal Plenary segments, open to all participants, continue discussions on key issues emanating from the Global Platform High Level Panels and Official Statements with a view to commenting on HFA implementation and the process for the HFA Mid-Term Review. To ensure participation at the most relevant level among system partners, delegations were requested to select one representative to attend the Informal Plenary.

Preparing for the Informal Plenary deliberations on the Hyogo Framework for Action Mid-Term Review
