Ecuador’s EAP on extreme rainfall related to Εl Νiño reaches its third trigger level

The Ecuadorian Red Cross activated its Early Action Protocol (EAP) for Extreme Rainfall related to the El Niño Phenomenon. It has constantly monitored forecasts for each trigger threshold listed – and now the third trigger has been reached.
