OASIS is a not-for-profit consortium that drives the development, convergence and adoption of open standards for the global information society.
The organization has no registered commitments.
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.

The 2018 Common Alerting Protocol (CAP) Implementation Workshop, will be 31 October - 1 November, in Hong Kong, China, at Hong Kong Observatory (HKO).
The Common Alerting Protocol (CAP), an OASIS standard adopted as ITU Recommendation X.1303, is the foundation standard for all-media public warning.
