NGOs and Local Authorities Online Dialogue

As part of the preparatory process towards the Third Session of the Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction, an online dialogue was open from 8 to 21 March 2011 to facilitate and increase the connections between the different groups active at the local level, namely city representatives, local governments, civil society organizations and partner organizations.
